Our authenticity commitment

PACKS TCG sells collectible trading cards and sealed products that are offered as genuine, correctly described merchandise. We do not knowingly list counterfeit cards, fake sealed product, or altered items presented as authentic.

This page supports transparent shopping for Google Merchant Center and customer trust across Pokémon, sports cards, Panini, Topps, Magic: The Gathering, and other collectible categories.

What “authentic” means at PACKS TCG

• Products are described accurately based on the information available at listing time
• Factory-sealed items are sold as sealed unless the listing says otherwise
• Graded cards are sold according to the stated third-party grade label when listed as graded
• Single cards are represented by condition notes in the listing (not as a professional grade unless stated)

If you suspect a problem

1. Email contact@packstcg.com within a reasonable time after delivery (preferably immediately).
2. Include order number, product name, and clear photos (front/back, edges, seals, labels).
3. We review the claim and may request additional angles or packaging photos.
4. If we confirm a misrepresented or non-genuine item, we will offer a replacement when available or a full refund under our returns process.

Eligible refunds are processed within 3 business days after inspection approval. Returns follow our 30-day window where applicable — see Refund & Returns Policy.

What this guarantee does not cover

• Disappointment with randomized pulls from sealed product
• Subjective grading opinions after purchase of ungraded cards
• Normal factory variation on authentic print runs
• Damage caused after delivery
• Market value changes
