Responsible Disclosure
At PACKS TCG, we take the security of our website, customer data, and business operations seriously. Responsible disclosure allows security researchers and community members to report potential vulnerabilities in a way that helps us fix issues before they can be exploited.
What to Report
- Cross-site scripting (XSS) or SQL injection vulnerabilities
- Authentication or authorization flaws
- Sensitive data exposure or server misconfigurations
- Suspicious phishing attempts impersonating PACKS TCG

How to Report a Vulnerability
To report a security vulnerability, please email us directly at contact@packstcg.com with the subject line "Security Report".
Please Include:
- A clear description of the vulnerability and its potential impact
- Steps to reproduce the issue (including screenshots if applicable)
- Your contact information for follow-up questions
Note: Please do NOT include sensitive credentials, credit card numbers, or passwords in your email. Do not exploit the vulnerability to view, modify, or delete customer data.
