Trading Card & Collectible Rules

We specialize in collectible trading cards including Pokémon, Panini, Topps, Magic: The Gathering, and others. Please acknowledge:

• Randomized Contents: Factory-sealed products are randomized by the manufacturer. We do not guarantee specific cards, values, "hits," or pulls.
• Product Condition: Minor manufacturing variations (centering, surface imperfections, slight corner wear from factory) are not considered defects.
• Not an Investment: Trading cards are collectibles, not financial investments. PACKS TCG makes no claims regarding market value fluctuations.
• Trademarks: Third-party brands and characters belong to their respective owners.

Orders, Pricing, & Limits

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to inventory errors, suspected fraud, or pricing mistakes.
• Allocated Products: For highly sought-after releases, we reserve the right to limit purchase quantities per customer to ensure fair distribution among collectors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PACKS TCG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
