WHOLESALE POLICY

📋 Wholesale Overview

PACKS TCG works with qualified retailers and businesses interested in purchasing collectible trading cards in volume. Our catalog includes basketball, soccer, baseball, football, Pokémon, Panini, Topps, Magic: The Gathering, and other collectible card products.

Wholesale terms are determined case-by-case. We do not publish fixed wholesale price lists or minimum order quantities online, because availability, allocation, and product mix change frequently in the trading card market.

✅ Eligibility

Wholesale access is intended for legitimate resale businesses. Applicants should generally be able to provide:

• A valid business name and contact information
• Business registration or tax ID details when requested
• A resale / retail intent (not personal bulk collecting only)
• A shipping address suitable for commercial deliveries
• Payment method approved for wholesale transactions

📝 How to Apply

1. Email contact@packstcg.com with the subject line “Wholesale Inquiry”.
2. Include your business name, website (if any), location, product categories of interest, and estimated order volume.
3. Our team reviews availability and responds with next steps.
4. If approved, we provide case-by-case pricing, MOQ guidance, payment terms, and shipping options.

💰 Pricing, MOQ & Allocation

• Pricing: Quoted individually based on product, quantity, and market conditions.
• Minimum order quantities: Discussed during the application process; not fixed publicly.
• Allocated / limited products: Hot releases may be limited or unavailable for wholesale.
• Pre-orders: Wholesale pre-orders follow our Pre-Order Policy and may require deposits.
• No guaranteed inventory: Popular sealed product can sell out quickly.

💳 Payment, Shipping & Returns

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed in writing before order fulfillment. Orders are typically paid in full before shipment unless other terms are expressly approved.

Shipping

• Handling time for wholesale may differ from standard retail (often still processed Mon–Fri).
• Retail baseline: handling 1–3 business days, transit 3–6 business days when using standard methods.
• Large or freight shipments may use different carriers and timelines.

Returns & Damaged Wholesale Shipments

• Damaged freight must be reported with photos and order details promptly.
• Return eligibility for non-defective wholesale goods is limited and must be approved in advance.
• Opened sealed cases/products are generally non-returnable except for verified defects or shipping damage.

🔄 Resale Expectations & Cancellation

• Wholesale customers are expected to resell products lawfully and represent product condition accurately.
• PACKS TCG does not control secondary market pricing or customer resale policies.
• Wholesale orders may be cancelled by either party before shipment if inventory or payment issues arise; terms will be confirmed in writing.
• After shipment, cancellations are not available; returns follow the approved wholesale terms.
