PRODUCT CONDITION POLICY
Why condition transparency matters
Google Merchant Center and serious collectors expect clear condition standards. This policy explains how PACKS TCG describes sealed products, raw/single cards, and graded cards so listings match what ships.
Condition categories
| Category | What you should expect |
|---|---|
| Factory sealed | Original manufacturer seal intact unless listing notes otherwise. Wrapper/box wear can exist from distribution handling. |
| Raw / ungraded singles | Condition follows listing notes (e.g., NM, LP). Photos and description control expectations. |
| Graded cards | Sold as labeled by the third-party grader stated in the listing. Slab condition is part of the product. |
| Opened / loose product | Only sold when clearly disclosed in the product title/description. |
Normal collectible characteristics (not automatic defects)
- Minor centering, print freckles, foil variation, roller marks
- Slight edge/corner wear consistent with stated condition
- Manufacturer pack/box scuffs from warehouse transit
- Set symbol/code differences across print runs
Not covered as “wrong item”: not pulling a specific chase card from sealed product.
When condition issues qualify for help
- Card/product arrived damaged in shipping
- Condition is materially worse than the listing description
- Graded label/grade does not match the listing
- Sealed product arrived open or seal broken contrary to listing
Report with order number + photos to contact@packstcg.com. Resolution may be replacement or refund under our 30-day returns policy.
Images vs. received product
Images may be stock or representative. When a listing uses actual item photos, that is noted when practical. For randomized sealed product, images show the product type, not guaranteed contents.
