Order Processing & Transit
At PACKS TCG, every trading card order is handled with collector-grade care. We carefully inspect factory-sealed products and card sleeves before dispatch to ensure your items arrive perfectly.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.
Packaging & Collector Protection
We know that condition is everything in the TCG hobby. Every order includes specialized packaging:
- Singles: Placed in soft penny sleeves and rigid top-loaders.
- Sealed Product: Wrapped in bubble wrap and cushioned to prevent shifting.
- Outer Packaging: Rigid cardboard mailers for small orders, corrugated padded boxes for larger ones.
- All packages are clearly marked with "Do Not Bend".
Shipping Exceptions & Delays
While we ship promptly, certain factors outside our control may cause delays:
- High Volume: Major new card set releases may extend processing times slightly.
- Weather/Carrier Delays: Severe weather or carrier network disruptions.
- Address Errors: Please verify your shipping address at checkout to prevent delivery failures or returned packages.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows no updates, or your package arrives with visible damage, please photograph the box and contents immediately, then contact us at contact@packstcg.com with your order number.
