CANCELLATION POLICY
Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains when customers of PACKS TCG may request cancellation of an order for collectible trading cards and related products.
Because orders move quickly into picking and protective packing, cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun or the package has shipped.
When you may request cancellation

How to request a cancellation
- Email contact@packstcg.com immediately.
- Use subject line: Cancel Order – [Order Number].
- Include your name, order number, and reason (optional).
- Wait for written confirmation before assuming the order is cancelled.
Requests are reviewed Monday–Friday during business hours. Messages sent on Saturday or Sunday are handled the next business day.
Orders already processed or shipped
Processed but not shipped
If payment is captured and the order is being picked/packed, we will try to stop it. If we cannot stop it in time, the order will ship and you may use our returns process after delivery when eligible.
Already shipped
Cancellation is unavailable. Please refuse the package only if instructed by support, or accept delivery and start a return within 30 days under our Refund & Returns Policy.
Pre-order cancellations
- Pre-orders can often be cancelled before the product is processed for shipment after release/stock arrival.
- Email Cancel Pre-Order with your order number.
- Once a pre-order ships, standard shipped-order rules apply.

Refunds after cancellation
- Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days after cancellation approval.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
- If shipping was charged and the order never shipped, eligible shipping amounts are included in the refund.
Exceptions
- Suspected fraud or payment failures may result in cancellation by PACKS TCG.
- Inventory errors, pricing errors, or allocation cuts may require us to cancel and refund.
- Wholesale orders follow written wholesale terms, which may differ.
